Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Cardiff University is centrally located, with hotels and restaurants in easy walking distance.
University Halls
We have a limited number of rooms available for conference delegates in University accommodation with single ensuite bedrooms on a self-catering basis, at the Talybont Student Residence (number 54 in the campus map - located at a 20min walking distance from the Conference Venue). Please note that bookings for these rooms are now sold out between Sunday and Wednesday, but there are a few remaining rooms from Wednesday onwards. Hotels
If you prefer to stay in a hotel, Cardiff city centre has a large number of hotels which will be within walking distance to the conference venue. You can check the Visit Cardiff website for some suggestions, or check out the typical hotel search engines such as Booking.com or Hotels.com.
Please note that Cardiff can be quite busy at times, in particular when there are other events taking place in the city, and accommodation prices may escalate accordingly. We therefore advise booking early.
