Scientific Posters

Poster Session

This year we will be holding a dedicated poster session with contributions from all of the science parallel sessions. The poster session will be held from 1-2pm on Wednesday 5th July in the CSL building, level 2, during the lunch break. There will be no lunch or parallel sessions coinciding with the poster session, so all attendees are encouraged to attend and discuss the work being presented.

Logistics

Attendees with a poster will be able to put their posters up from 8:00am on Monday 3rd July and all posters must be removed by 2:15pm on Friday 7th July. Any uncollected posters after this time may be disposed of. Poster boards will be A0 portrait in size, thus the maximum allowed size is A0 portrait or A1 landscape.

The full list of posters being presented at NAM2023 can be found here, where they have been grouped by theme and session, and assigned a unique identifier. Please check that your poster board number corresponds to the unique identifier of the list (not your abstract ID!). Their indicative location can be seen in the map below.

Repository

As part of the hybrid conference platform, we will include links to the online versions of the posters for those who wish to make their posters available online (option available for online poster presenters, as well as in-person delegates that wish to provide the online format in addition to the physical poster). Details on how to upload the poster online has been sent out to poster presenters. Please get in touch with the organisers if you are presenting a poster but have not received an email.
